OMAN An International Co requires for their Dugm Refinery Project Free Recruitment

Project specialist

Develop, maintain and operate the portfolio tool (example MS Excel or MS Project
or any other equivalent planning tool) to capture ORA plans.
Provide periodical reports about the progress of the plan to all stakeholders,
specifically to the ORA program manager, Workgroup members and Executive

Committee members.

Ensure the integrity of all reports is maintained.
Verify milestone/ plan closures and document the same.
Manage the financial plans related to ORA. Oversee the process for financial
approvals of plans, monitor and report back the financial progress of the plan.
Provide analytical support to the ORA program manager.
Participate in regular meetings and committee meetings, including to keepingminutes of these meetings and following up action items.
Provide recommendations to improve the ORA process and results.Manage the ORA risk register ( Identifying risks, update action items, report )
